Brittani Lum Ho
Lead Coach/Mentor
Brittani brings her experiences, lessons she's learned, and knowledge she's acquired thus far into her coaching and practice space. Her experience comes from a multitude of areas: being a full-time student-athlete at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, engaging competitively in OCR, fitness/sports, coaching younger athletes in developing basic and advanced skills/movement patterns in sport, and blending techniques/skills/educational frameworks of massage therapy, fascia bodywork, kinesiology taping, energy modalities, visceral manipulation, functional science, mental performance, nutrition, and various methods of conditioning over the past 12+ years. Brittani has largely focused on the mechanics and workings of the physical human body to improve and maintain functionality, efficiency, strength, endurance, longevity, and freedom of movement. She now brings in a different approach focusing on incorporating the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects alongside the physical training for a fuller expression. She is currently certified as an ACE Group Fitness Instructor concentrating on Kūpuna Strength and Brain Health.
